Job Description:

As Head of Indirect Sales, you will lead and scale myPOS’s indirect sales strategy across two complementary distribution networks: 1) Reseller Channel (partners / resellers), typically driven through strategic partnership development and commercial agreements 2) Consultant Channel (self-employed field sales representatives), led through a regional team of Territory Managers. This is a senior leadership role with a high level of responsibility, combining strategic direction, multi-channel execution, and cross-functional management (marketing, operations support, training, recruitment). Your mission is to maximize growth, performance, and profitability through indirect distribution, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a consistent customer experience across all partner-driven routes to market.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in Indirect Sales / Channel Sales / Partnerships / Field Sales leadership, ideally in fintech, payments, telecoms, SaaS, or technology
  • Strong track record of delivering growth through multi-channel distribution models
  • Experience managing regionally dispersed teams and/or networks of self-employed sales professionals
  • Solid commercial acumen: negotiation, pricing, profitability, performance steering
  • Ability to build structure: processes, KPIs, cadence, governance, and execution discipline
  • Strong communication and leadership style that demonstrates authority, commitment, consistency, and inspires trust
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and align stakeholders around execution
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
