Job Description:

As Head of Image at Polène, you will be responsible for carrying the brand’s creative vision and ensuring the consistency and excellence of its image. You will oversee the creative direction, graphic design, social media, and production/post-production teams, driving the overall artistic and strategic dynamic of the brand’s visual identity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the creation of communication campaigns across multiple formats: seasonal, product launches, brand, and retail
  • Oversee the brand’s communication calendar and ensure coherence across all channels
  • Manage the production and retouching teams within the Image Department
  • Supervise the graphic design team, overseeing both print and digital assets
  • Approve the editorial line for the website and organic social media content
  • Lead the social media team
  • Manage a team of around twenty people
  • Ensure monthly and annual reporting
  • Oversee budget tracking, billing, and adherence to deadlines
  • Facilitate communication and information-sharing with other departments across the House
  • Frequent international travel will be required

Requirements:

  • Around ten years of experience, either in an agency or in-house, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or design industries
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in team management and large-scale projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Know how to adapt to brand codes while demonstrating strong creative vision
