Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team across the facility
  • Monitor hygiene standards in common areas, locker rooms, sanitary facilities, studios, and other operational spaces
  • Ensure cleaning tasks are completed correctly, efficiently, and according to company standards
  • Distribute cleaning supplies and equipment to team members as required
  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and coordinate replenishment requests with management
  • Conduct regular inspections of all assigned areas to identify and address hygiene-related issues
  • Report performance concerns, operational issues, and policy violations when necessary
  • Prepare regular reports on cleaning quality, team performance, and facility hygiene standards
  • Support onboarding and training of new cleaning staff where required
  • Promote a clean, safe, and professional working environment across all company facilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or related operational environment
  • Previous supervisory or team coordination experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and disciplined approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
  • Physical ability to perform operational duties and inspections when required
  • Flexible and proactive attitude within a fast-paced environment
