Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, required
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with prior experience as a Head of HR or a senior HR leader (#2) ready to step into a top role, required
  • Previous experience within professional services, consulting, or financial services environments, required
  • Ability to go in 4 days a week into the NYC office, required
  • Proven ability to partner closely with senior leadership and operate in a billable, client‑service oriented environment, required
  • Experience building and administering structured career frameworks, competency models, and performance review cycles, required
  • Comfortable operating in a lean organization as a standalone HR leader, required
  • Experience working with a PEO partner (Sequoia One is a plus), strongly preferred
