Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR Operations to join the HR team. Reporting to the Head of Business Support, the successful applicant will lead our people function, ensuring provision of comprehensive, high-quality HR services to managers and staff. They will contributes to the development of RA’s people management strategies and is accountable for delivery of efficient HR services to support the museum’s aims and objectives.
