Job Description:

The Head of HR Delivery is responsible for leading a global team to provide world-class HR services, streamline processes, and create a seamless employee experience aligned with strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

provide global leadership on HR services
provide workplace support to managers
deliver consistent service standards
monitor and track efficiency
refine operational processes
implement scalable cost-effective solutions
ensure compliance with local HR regulations
manage and develop global HR teams
build positive relationships across HR leaders
proactive risk identification and mitigation
create an environment of accountability

Requirements:

10+ years of leadership experience
solid operational experience
strong experience on transformation/change management
track record of implementing best in class operational practices
deep understanding of HR processes
strong communication skills
superior risk and controls mindset
ability to influence at senior levels
demonstrated success in managing large budgets/financials
ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
ability to articulate and consistently communicate a forward-looking vision

Nice to have:

master's degree preferred
experience in a large multi-national financial institution
strong ability to remove silos and proactively build relationships
