This is a high-impact regional leadership role based in Singapore, where you will manage the human resources function and drive people strategies across the Asia Pacific region to enable business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional HR strategies across multiple international offices to support overall business objectives
  • Partner with and provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders on organizational capacity, talent capabilities, and succession planning
  • Oversee a regional team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of payroll, benefits, compensation, and operational processes
  • Establish and maintain a robust control framework to manage people-related risks and ensure alignment with international regulatory standards
  • Drive the regional employee value proposition to enhance the attraction, engagement, and retention of high-caliber talent at all levels

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership capacity with a proven track record of managing regional portfolios within the financial services or insurance sectors
  • Strong expertise in developing HR infrastructure and leading multi-location teams across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and influence at the executive level on complex talent management and strategic workforce planning
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regional HR operations, including compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and budget management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a global matrix organization effectively
  • Bachelor Degree
