As our Head Hostess at …At Sloane, you will lead and organise the host team, ensuring the guest journey is managed with precision, elegance, and consistency from the moment of booking through to departure. Acting as the main point of reference for the hostess team, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, and wider operations team to ensure reservations, guest flow, communication, and presentation standards are executed faultlessly. This role is heavily operational and team-focused, requiring strong leadership, organisation, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Experience in luxury hospitality leadership
