Head of Hospitality

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Head of Hospitality to join the leadership team of a well-established, values-driven elderly care provider. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to shape and elevate hospitality standards across a large portfolio of care homes. The position will lead on the development and delivery of a consistent, high-quality approach to catering, dining, activities, housekeeping and laundry, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents across all locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing service delivery with a particular focus on improving catering and activity engagement provision across the group. This role will combine both strategic leadership and operational involvement, working closely with the quality and operational teams, while maintaining a hands-on approach to driving standards, consistency and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
