The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Hospitality & Events to lead the delivery of premium matchday hospitality and non-matchday conference & events business at Gtech Community Stadium. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering memorable guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring commercial success across all hospitality and events activity. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of all matchday hospitality operations and non-matchday events. Manage hospitality lounges, suites and conference & event spaces, ensuring exceptional service standards at every touchpoint. Oversee event execution, staffing, labour management and operational budgets. Take ownership of event P&Ls, payroll, forecasting and cost control. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and venue partners. Lead, coach and develop hospitality teams to create a culture of excellence and engagement. Drive innovation, continuously enhancing the guest journey and event offering. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and food safety standards. Work collaboratively with culinary, planning and venue teams to deliver outstanding experiences. About You Proven senior hospitality leadership experience within a stadium, arena, conference centre, hotel, members' club or premium events environment.
