Position: Head of Health and Safety Salary: £86,480 Location: 4040 Lakeside, Birmingham (flexible with some working from home) Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and management of Health and Safety, keeping our people safe. Collaborate with your colleagues to develop a strong organisational safety culture across Citizen. Creating and analysing performance data, identifying themes and trends and proactively improving H&S across Citizen. Commissioning and carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations to identify root causes, establish corrective actions and drive continuous improvement. To develop and implement a clear strategy and supporting action plan to ensure the organisation complies with all aspects of Health & Safety legislation and aspires to meet best practice.
