Information Systems at Lambda is responsible for building and scaling the internal systems that power our business. We partner across the company—Finance, GTM, Engineering, and People—to implement tools, automate workflows, and ensure data flows securely and accurately. Our scope includes enterprise applications, integrations, data platform and analytics, compliance automation, and all things IT.
Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve the business technology strategy across Go-To-Market technology
Design and maintain end-to-end system integrations to enable clean data flow and reduce manual work across functions
Run structured intake, prioritization, and governance processes for business technology initiatives
Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and partner with IT and vendors on execution
Evaluate and introduce AI-powered capabilities, including workflow automation and decision support, where they deliver measurable business value
Lead vendor selection, roadmap alignment, renewals, and cost optimization across the business technology portfolio
Drive adoption through process design, documentation, training, and change management
Requirements:
Have 13+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue/GTM Technology or Enterprise Applications
Have experience with GTM technologies such as Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, and customer success systems
Have experience with CLM platforms and contract-to-revenue workflows
Possess a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be applied to automate workflows, surface insights, and improve decision-making in business systems
Are comfortable evaluating AI-enabled tools and thoughtfully integrating them into existing processes and platforms
Understand system integrations, APIs, and data flows well enough to design scalable, low-friction solutions (even if you’re not writing code daily)
Can translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Thrive in ambiguity and can balance short-term business needs with long-term platform health
Bring a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action
