Job Description

Clay is transforming how companies approach their go-to-market goals, and we need a recruiting leader who will transform how we build our own GTM teams. In this role, you’ll drive global recruiting efforts across our Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams. You’ll bring deep expertise in high volume recruiting and excitement to help revolutionize how sales and other GTM teams are built. This is a pivotal year for Clay. You'll lead aggressive hiring initiatives across our SF, NYC, and London offices, establishing recruiting systems and processes that will define our growth trajectory for years to come.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
  • Build out our GTM recruiting team
  • Lead high-volume recruiting strategy for GTM roles at all levels
  • Be involved in headcount planning discussions
  • Establish and track recruiting metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting
  • Carry your own req load, personally taking on GTM leadership roles and other high priority roles
  • Ensure a delightful candidate experience

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 4+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Experience at other high-growth, SaaS startups, focusing on sales and GTM recruiting
  • Experience using data to drive recruiting strategy
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts
  • Excellent interviewer, with an eye for talent that will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup
  • Prioritize candidate experience, and have helped shaped that in your previous roles
  • Located in NYC and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week)
