Adapty is looking for a Head of Growth to own how Adapty grows at scale. You will own how Adapty acquires, converts, and retains customers at scale, combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking. You'll help rebuild our digital presence, launch performance marketing campaigns, and expand in the US and APAC markets. This role has direct impact on key metrics like MRR, MQL/SQL volume, and new customer acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and own the growth strategy and roadmap
Build and lead a high-performing growth team
Set up metrics tracking and establish clear KPIs and dashboards for growth
Manage our tone of voice and external communications
Own how Adapty acquires, converts, and retains customers at scale
Rebuild our digital presence
Launch performance marketing campaigns
Expand in the US and APAC markets
Requirements:
Proven track record of significant growth in user acquisition and revenue
Deep knowledge of the app market and monetizing mobile apps with in-app subscriptions
Experience with B2B SaaS and various marketing channels including performance marketing
Proven leadership experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
Exceptional data analysis skills and understanding of unit economics
