Our client is an early-stage AI company building autonomous agent systems designed to operate real businesses, not just assist with tasks. Their platform enables agents to run end-to-end business functions, positioning them at the intersection of applied AI, autonomous systems, and distributed infrastructure. The company has completed a focused R&D phase and is now entering its next stage of market development. This is a founding GTM hire reporting directly to the company's founders. The mandate is to design and build the growth engine from the ground up, converting market interest into qualified demand and demand into revenue. The company launches multiple AI-driven products in parallel, so this role requires someone who can operate across simultaneous campaigns and adapt quickly to a dynamic product surface. This is an early-stage, high-ownership position with direct influence over how a category-defining AI platform enters the market.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end growth strategy, from awareness through activation and conversion across all channels
Build and launch campaigns across email, paid social, and organic, including copy, segmentation, and flow QA
Design and run a structured experimentation program to test unconventional GTM approaches and scale what works
Define attribution models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track performance across every channel
Own the marketing technology stack, including paid social, SEO, analytics, and automation tools
Develop and execute distribution strategies tailored to both technical and non-technical buyer audiences
Coordinate high-visibility campaigns and curated events to drive category-level conversation in the market
Identify and scale the channels the company grows on, with a clear bias toward measurement and iteration
Translate product launches into demand-generating narratives across multiple simultaneous product lines
Requirements:
Proven experience marketing frontier products or services at the earliest stages of company building, with direct ownership of GTM from zero
Strong command of AI-native distribution, including answer engine optimization, LLM visibility, and hands-on management of paid social campaigns, particularly on X and Reddit
Experience reaching both technical and non-technical audiences with differentiated positioning
Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to growth experimentation combined with the creative instincts to generate unconventional ideas
Strong storytelling and positioning skills with the ability to build narratives for emerging categories without established playbooks
Comfort operating with significant ambiguity and shipping quickly without waiting for perfect conditions
