Job Description:

Head of Growth position at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for driving Fever's content portfolio across all verticals and markets, ensuring successful execution of the company's business plan. Acts as strategic consultant supporting partners and in-house projects to achieve performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and build an entire business line, taking full responsibility for its strategy and performance
  • Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and enhance overall company performance
  • Lead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across more than 40 international markets
  • Report directly to the Global Growth Director, working closely with top management and founders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business-related roles
  • Proven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects
  • Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background
  • Strong data-driven mindset: use numbers to inform strategic and business decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work successfully across multiple disciplines and business areas
  • Advanced English level
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Experience managing teams of skilled professionals
