Job Description:

Head of Growth for Checkr Personal, a consumer product building the largest network of verified individuals. This is a high-leverage opportunity to help scale a new product line inside a profitable, fast-growing company, working directly with Checkr's Co-founder and Head of Checkr Personal.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, run, and evolve our growth strategy spanning acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Launch experiments across paid, organic, referral, and product channels
  • Write copy, launch ads, test landing pages, tweak onboarding flows, and dig into data
  • Identify new channels, loops, and creative bets that unlock step-changes in user growth
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering to make growth part of the product experience
  • Track CAC, retention, LTV, and virality

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in growth marketing
  • Experience as a founder or at an early stage, high-growth consumer startup
  • Experience across acquisition, lifecycle, and product-led growth
  • Comfortable getting scrappy and testing/learning
  • Analytical and creative skills (SQL, campaign copy, Figma)
  • Excited by ambiguity and speed
  • Curious about AI-driven growth and automation tools
