Jeenka is a digital innovation partner working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and artificial intelligence. Over the past years, we have supported brands and companies in building their digital presence through social media, content, and performance-driven communication. We are now launching a new, next-generation social model that combines human creativity with AI, designed to radically change how brands communicate on social channels. To lead this launch, we are opening a key entrepreneurial role. We are looking for a Head of Growth Social & AI to lead the go-to-market and commercial growth of a new social media model powered by AI. This role is focused on: defining and scaling a revolutionary social offering, acquiring new clients, and positioning this model in the European market. This is not a traditional agency role. It is a performance-based partnership for someone who wants to build and scale a new category from the ground up.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutions
  • Identify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies)
  • Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social model
  • Drive new client acquisition and close deals directly
  • Collaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and quality
  • Turn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assets
  • Contribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social media

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability
  • Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions
  • Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings
  • Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
  • Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles
