Cross-Market Strategy, Execution and Localization: Ensure global initiatives are effectively adapted to local market needs, balancing regional consistency with country-level nuances, and owning end-to-end execution for currently unmanaged markets Capability Building and Innovation: Build and scale Asia-specific capabilities, including regional pods and AI-first approaches to creative execution, automation, and localized asset development. Cross-Functional and Regional Collaboration: Partner with Asia Brand Marketing, Business Operations, and regional teams based in Singapore, as well as global teams across London and the US, to align on priorities and deliver impact. Operational Excellence and Alignment: Navigate across time zones and teams to drive alignment, ensure clear communication, and deliver against key growth priorities across the region. Your Expertise: Growth Marketing Leadership: 15+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles, with a strong track record of leading teams and scaling impact in complex organizations. Asia Market Expertise: Deep understanding of key Asia markets such as Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia, including consumer behavior, platform ecosystems, and market dynamics. Data and Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate data and insights into strategic decisions and regional priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, product, engineering, data, and operations teams across regions. MarTech and Innovation: Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies, with experience driving AI-driven marketing and scalable creative solutions Our Commitment To Inclusion & Belonging: Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
