A fast-growing fintech and AI-driven financial services organisation is seeking a Head of Growth (Strategy & Partnerships) to lead its next phase of expansion. This role will own the end-to-end growth agenda by building high-impact strategic partnerships, launching new commercial initiatives, and developing scalable ecosystem-driven growth models. You will drive market entry strategies, unlock new revenue streams, and accelerate adoption across both enterprise and underserved market segments.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy aligned with commercial and ESG objectives
Develop scalable business models including revenue-share structures, API partnerships, and platform-led growth strategies
Identify and validate high-potential verticals and untapped market segments
Build structured market entry and regional expansion plans with clear value propositions, commercial frameworks, and KPIs
Lead cross-functional GTM execution across Business Development, Product, AI, Technology, and Operations
Drive commercial readiness including pricing strategy, deployment models, and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
Originate and structure new monetisation avenues including partnership-led, embedded finance, and ESG-linked opportunities
Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem with performance governance, revenue tracking, and continuous optimisation
Represent the organisation at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums
Establish the company as a recognised thought leader in inclusive finance, AI-led lending, and sustainable financial innovation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related discipline
MBA or equivalent preferred
15+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles
Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships
Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring, revenue models, and P&L management
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and compliance
Prior people leadership experience with ownership of strategic outcomes
Strongly data-driven with experience in financial modelling, business case development, and ROI analysis
Strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts and execution focus
Excellent negotiation and senior stakeholder management capabilities
Comfortable operating in ambiguity within fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Strong passion for financial inclusion, ESG, and impact-focused innovation
Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
