Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Growth in Egypt to drive user acquisition, optimize retention, and scale our market presence.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy
  • Build and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy to expand Elevate Pay’s footprint in Egypt
  • Define and manage country-specific user acquisition channels, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality signups
  • User Acquisition & Retention
  • Lead growth initiatives across influencer partnerships, targeted content, and referral programs
  • Optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies to maintain strong deposit retention and reduce churn
  • Market Expansion & Local Partnerships
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders including remote work communities and local financial institutions
  • Ensure Elevate Pay differentiates itself through localized solutions that address real pain points
  • Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyze key growth metrics
  • Use data to iterate marketing spend and maximize ROI on acquisition efforts
  • Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the product, compliance, and operations teams to refine Elevate Pay’s Egypt strategy
  • Hire and manage a small but highly effective local team to execute growth initiatives

  • Lead the team responsible for continuously elevating the experience of individual drivers on the Uber platform in Egypt to improve driver engagement and retention
  • Take ownership of key operational and financial metrics related to driver supply
  • Proactively identify challenges impacting driver supply, utilizing data, logic, and common sense to understand the underlying causes and lead cross-functional teams in developing effective solutions
