Job Description:

Lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategies to position the company’s retail assets as premier lifestyle and shopping destinations. Lead and manage a team of mall marketing professionals, setting clear goals, driving performance, and building capability across the group. Drive portfolio-level marketing innovation, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to shape long-term strategy and campaigns. Spearhead advertising, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement across the retail portfolio. Collaborate closely with leasing, operations, and asset management teams to align marketing with business objectives and support revenue growth. Establish frameworks for events, promotions, and shopper engagement initiatives to drive footfall and improve tenant performance across the retail portfolio. Cultivate and manage high-level partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and corporate sponsors to increase brand visibility and strategic value. Oversee and optimize the group marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in retail or property marketing
  • Extensive experience managing and leading multiple marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistent execution
  • Proven track record in planning and executing events, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives
  • Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with a hands-on approach
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
