Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Compliance to lead and strengthen our group-wide compliance framework. This pivotal role ensures that our operations remain safe, efficient, resilient, and aligned with regulatory best practice.

Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing, formalising, and evolving lettings compliance to improve risk mitigation and operational efficiency
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across all divisions to promote compliance best practice
  • Supporting subject matter experts in managing risk across business areas
  • Collaborating with Talent Development and Front Line Operations to deliver engaging compliance training
  • Owning and managing Group risk registers, processes, and compliance documentation
  • Overseeing AML, Data Protection, and GDPR processes for the Group
  • Managing regulatory body registrations, reporting deadlines, and requirements
  • Providing expert guidance on complex branch-level issues in Sales and Lettings
  • Overseeing second-level complaint handling, legal responses, and PI notifications
  • Ensuring Directors are fully informed of risk status, regulatory matters, and emerging issues
