Our client, a fast-growing, international industrial group is seeking a Head of Group Business Control. The role plays a central role in shaping how the organization steers performance, allocates resources, and turns strategy into results. Operating in a global and decentralized environment, the group combines strong entrepreneurial drive with increasing complexity and scale. In this role, you will work closely with executive management and the CFO, acting as a strategic business partner with overall responsibility for group-wide performance management, FP&A, financial planning, and management reporting. The position blends strategic perspective with hands-on leadership, requiring the ability to translate long-term ambitions into clear financial targets, insights, and decision support across regions and business units. At the same time this role demands a hands-on mindset on work and dedication on deliverables. You will also lead a small group business control team and contribute to integration efforts in a growing organization.
