Head of Governance

Atlassian is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for the position of Head of Governance. In this key leadership role, the individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing business value by effectively overseeing governance practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to all relevant standards and policies. The focus will be on strengthening, redefining, and implementing a comprehensive governance framework for training and awareness that aligns with and supports the organization’s strategic objectives. The individual will spearhead the management of governance strategies, ensuring alignment with both commercial and federal regulatory requirements. This role involves leading the development and execution of governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure our training and awareness initiatives adhere to the highest standards. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for developing metrics and dashboards to effectively monitor and report on progress and effectiveness.
