Job Description

The Head of Go-to-Market (Europe) is responsible for developing and executing the regional commercial strategy for vehicle programmes and associated mobility ecosystem products across European markets. This role leads the end-to-end Go-to-Market function, ensuring successful product launches, sustainable commercial growth, and strong market penetration through effective product positioning, pricing, channel strategy, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred
  • Extensive experience within the automotive industry
  • Previous leadership experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Commercial Operations, or related functions within an automotive OEM, preferably in the EV sector
  • Proven track record of successfully launching multiple vehicle programs and driving commercial growth in European markets
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to connect market opportunities to commercial outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the European automotive and new energy vehicle landscape
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and drive alignment across multiple business functions
