Requirements
12+ years of experience in global social media, content creation or digital marketing leadership roles within sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
Proven track record of building culturally relevant brands and driving measurable business impact through social and creator ecosystems
Deep expertise across major platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging channels) and strong understanding of platform-native content and trends
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect brand storytelling to demand generation, e-commerce and retail performance
Experience leading global teams, agency ecosystems and complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
Strong creative and editorial judgement with a sharp sense for cultural trends, storytelling and brand voice
Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance measurement, social analytics and insight-driven decision making
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and inspire teams globally
