Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in global social media, content creation or digital marketing leadership roles within sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
  • Proven track record of building culturally relevant brands and driving measurable business impact through social and creator ecosystems
  • Deep expertise across major platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging channels) and strong understanding of platform-native content and trends
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect brand storytelling to demand generation, e-commerce and retail performance
  • Experience leading global teams, agency ecosystems and complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong creative and editorial judgement with a sharp sense for cultural trends, storytelling and brand voice
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance measurement, social analytics and insight-driven decision making
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and inspire teams globally

  • Work collaboratively with Global Head of Social, Influencer and PR managers, and the wider Global marketing team to develop brand, campaign and product social strategies
  • Action the Global social strategy with a focus on Instagram and TikTok, including social commerce opportunities, alongside the wider e-commerce and digital marketing teams
  • Execute social media content ideas, collaborating with the in-house Creative team, external agencies, content creators or producing content directly, to fulfil requirements for owned social content, including attending events and shoots. Practise effective communication and sharing amongst teams for further amplification of content
  • Identify and brief content creators when necessary for the creation of compelling social content for use across organic and paid social
  • Support sales channels by strategizing and executing bespoke social media campaigns to achieve their business objectives, with particular emphasis on QVC, Spa & Salon and Retail teams
  • Produce monthly and quarterly global reports for leadership, with clear actionable takeaways and recommendations for growth, as well as campaign wrap-ups
  • Share social media trends, best practices, platform updates and competitor activity cross-functionally
  • Work cross functionally with regional social media teams ensuring alignment and adherence across campaigns, content and overall approach
