Job Description:

James Fisher Renewables is seeking an exceptional Head of Global Sales to lead and execute our global commercial strategy at a pivotal time for the offshore renewables market. This is a highly influential leadership role with accountability for global order intake, strategic pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, tendering performance, and long-term market growth across our renewables portfolio. Leading an international sales organisation, supported by a global tendering function, you will drive commercial performance across key markets including Europe and APAC, strengthening James Fisher's position as a trusted independent services and solutions partner to Developers, OEMs, EPCIs and asset owners. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our 5-year growth strategy across offshore wind and adjacent energy transition markets, ensuring the business remains positioned at the forefront of the global energy transition.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own global order intake performance across all service lines
  • Lead global sales and tendering activities to deliver annual budget and long-term growth targets
  • Drive robust pipeline governance, forecasting discipline, and conversion performance
  • Develop and execute a 5-year global sales strategy aligned to priority markets, customers and projects
  • Define and embed clear "how to win" strategies across key opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships across Developers, OEMs, EPCIs and asset owners
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international sales and tendering organisation
  • Strengthen market positioning and differentiation across the renewables value chain
  • Foster a collaborative "One Team" culture focused on performance, accountability and customer value

Requirements:

  • Extensive senior commercial leadership experience within offshore wind, renewables, or adjacent energy sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and winning complex, large-scale contracts internationally
  • Strong experience leading global sales organisations across multiple regions and service lines
  • Deep understanding of the offshore wind market, including Europe and APAC
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline governance, forecasting, tendering strategy and commercial conversion
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable growth strategies
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
