Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Global Project-Specific Costing function. In this key role, you will guide an international team responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost structures for complex onshore wind projects. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and Service, ensuring consistency, transparency, and strong commercial impact across regions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop the Global Project Specific Costing team across multiple countries
  • Review and validate project cost calculations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
  • Align with Sales Management and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize assumptions and cost drivers
  • Approve costing-related risks in regional approval processes
  • Improve and standardize global costing processes and reporting frameworks

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience in project costing, tendering or financial modelling within wind or construction-related industries
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of financial KPIs and procurement strategies
  • Proven leadership experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of VBA or SQL is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • German or Spanish beneficial
