Requirements

  • Minimum 20+ years of professional HR experience in multinational companies
  • Minimum 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles (HR Director, VP HR, CHRO, or equivalent)
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or Tier-1 supplier environments strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in JV management, global HR transformation, and cross-cultural leadership
  • Deep understanding of global HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational design
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated success in leading global teams and driving change in complex organizations
  • English: Advanced business-level proficiency
  • Japanese: Native level mandatory

Nice to have

  • Chinese proficiency is a plus but not required
