The Head of Global Corporate Communications will lead the Company’s global communications strategy and execution, with enterprise-wide accountability for the Company’s reputation, narrative, and stakeholder trust. This role is responsible for building, shaping and protecting the Company’s public profile across all internal and external audiences, ensuring clear, consistent, and credible communications aligned with business priorities and risk considerations. The Head of Global Corporate Communications will serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic counsel on complex, high- stakes issues and moments of change, and ensuring communications decisions support the Company’s long-term value creation, and strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing communications organization, including internal teams and external agency partners
Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
Foster a culture of excellence, adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement
Lead the development and refinement of the Company’s strategic narrative, creating a cohesive and holistic communication strategy that strengthens the Company’s public image and reputation
Serve as the Company’s primary spokesperson on high-stakes matters, including crisis and issues management, executive leadership changes, transactions, regulatory developments, and other material corporate events
Build and maintain strategic relationships with media outlets in all operating and target markets, ensuring proactive engagement and positive media coverage of the Company’s brand and initiatives
Own enterprise reputation management, including proactive identification and mitigation of reputational risks across global operations, regulatory environments, and public-facing issues
Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and execute the Company’s financial and investor communications strategies including IPO readiness plans
Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on external messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Company’s broader communication goals
offer media training to key executives when necessary
Partner with internal leaders in Government Relations, Marketing, Sales and Investor Relations and Human Resources to ensure seamless and consistent engagement across relevant parties
Collaborate with Marketing on the company’s social media and digital content strategy, ensuring consistency of brand, content, and visual identity across all business units and platforms, both internal and external
Lead all internal communications initiatives, including employee engagement through the Company’s web pages, social media platforms, and internal communication channels
Lead enterprise-wide efforts to drive strategic clarity, alignment, and engagement across a geographically dispersed workforce, particularly during periods of transformation or change
Ensure internal communications reinforce accountability, performance expectations, and cultural cohesion across regions and functions
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including leaders in Finance, Human Resources, Government Relations, Investor Relations, Operations, and IT, to design cohesive communication strategies that support key organizational initiatives and changes
Requirements:
15+ years of senior leadership experience in communications leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth or global technology company
Experience with devising and executing against a cross-functional communications plan that aligns to business objectives, preferably in a B2B environment and for an organization with both upstream and downstream operations
Proven success in building teams, managing change, and driving business results
Extensive experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
