Head of Geography position at an Outstanding Secondary School in Wandsworth, leading a large Geography Department with teachers ranging from Trainee Teachers to experienced Geography Teachers.

Job Responsibility:

Leading a large team of Geography Teachers
KS3-5 (GCSE & A Level)
Manage multiple different personalities
Grow/develop a fantastic curriculum

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS
Be able to manage a range of personalities
Be able to motivate, inspire & drive standards throughout
Strong understanding of Geography curriculum
Outstanding expectations for yourself & fellow Geography Teachers
