  • Drive process improvements and automation within all accounting functions to increase efficiency
  • Ensure that our accounting systems and workflows scale seamlessly with the business’s rapid global growth
  • Implement a delegation framework that pushes operational tasks to the team, freeing up your bandwidth for strategic innovation
  • Provide structured support and clear guidance to a growing international team, serving as a mentor for junior members and new hires
  • Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and other departments on global initiatives
  • Assist the CFO with ad-hoc financial analysis and high-level strategic projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA) is a huge plus
  • Excellent English (written and spoken), and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Experience in a multinational structure or a Big 4 background
  • Enjoy juggling priorities and are as comfortable being "hands-on" as leading a meeting
What we offer:
