The Head of games awards is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the games awards strategy. This role oversees the small team to deliver all aspects of awards submissions, nominations, ceremonies, partnerships, and communications to enhance BAFTA’s visibility, credibility, whilst maintaining the reputation of excellence within the industry. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in awards from a campaign management perspective or an awards body, they are also excellent at stakeholder engagement. The Head of Games Awards is also responsible for the future proofing of the Games Awards. Researching, consulting and liaising with the committees, industry stakeholders and the team on the mid-term rule books (year 2- 4) ensuring that the eligibility, criteria and awards categories are fit for purpose in the changing industry landscape.

Requirements:
