Job Description

Design and deliver online slot games from concept to release, combining creative vision with mathematical rigour.

Job Responsibility

  • Game Design – Full documentation: mechanics, UX/UI flows, feature specs, and product requirements
  • Maths & Simulation – Build C++/C# simulators to validate RTP, volatility, hit frequency
  • produce developer-ready maths docs
  • Creative Leadership – Define game loops, design pillars, and creative vision in collaboration with Product and Art leads
  • Iteration – Playtest, analyse live data, and optimise performance across the product lifecycle
  • Communication – Align art, engineering, and production teams
  • support scope and delivery management.

Requirements

5+ years game design experience, hands-on slot maths and simulator development, strong C++/C#, Excel proficiency, agile experience, portfolio of released products.

Nice to have

Regulatory knowledge (UKGC/MGA/US/CA), Unity/Unreal, analytics tools, player psychology, live ops, AI tooling, mentoring experience.

  • Build a clear marketing vision and strategy, for one of the most iconic games of all times designed around the game lifecycle, product roadmap, and live operations
  • Co-create and evangelise a vision for the future of the Hay Day brand - both in-game, but also potentially across other gaming experiences, entertainment and consumer products
  • Drive business growth by designing and executing holistic, integrated marketing plans in close collaboration with other marketing stakeholders and teams, such as Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Production, Community, Regional/Local activation, etc.
  • Key part of the game leadership team, partnering with the Head of Game and owning drive for audience expansion and new user inflow at a strategic level
  • Member of the marketing leadership team at Supercell, supporting the overall growth and development of the broader marketing craft and organisation
