Job Description:

As Head of Flagships & Department Stores, you will lead one of the most prestigious and strategically pivotal channels within Coty Prestige. This role is responsible for shaping the long-term vision for the channel, driving commercial performance, elevating retail execution, and leading a high-performing team that delivers unparalleled luxury experiences across our flagship partners and department stores. This is a key commercial leadership position, serving as the main interface between Coty Prestige and our most premium retail partners. You will own the channel strategy, retailer engagement, retail execution standards, and the development of a best-in-class commercial and field organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Channel Leadership: Define and execute a three-year vision for sales growth, brand elevation, customer experience, and profitability, including annual joint business plans and full P&L ownership
  • Retail Excellence: Set and drive best-in-class retail execution, visual merchandising, luxury service standards, and CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and brand equity
  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and develop the team, foster a culture of performance and accountability, and build succession plans while leading through change
  • Performance & Insights: Own retail target-setting, oversee trading performance, lead forecasting, and generate commercial recommendations based on market insights
  • Cross-Functional & External Partnerships: Ensure business plans are actionable, collaborate with Marketing and Education, and build strong relationships with key retail partners, representing Coty Prestige with professionalism and strategic vision

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty, including leadership of commercial and/or field organisations 10+ years
  • Proven ability to manage complex retailer partnerships and negotiate commercially ambitious outcomes
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, turning insight into action
  • End-to-end P&L management experience in a luxury or premium consumer category
  • Inspirational leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
