Requirements

Extensive experience in fire safety management within a housing or public-sector context
Senior leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and high-risk portfolios
Deep knowledge of fire safety legislation, building construction principles and risk assessment methodologies
Experience managing contracts, external consultants, performance frameworks and complex remedial programmes
A Level 7 fire safety qualification or equivalent
membership of IFE, IFSM, IOSH or a related professional body
