The FI Head will be instrumental in protecting and expanding existing revenue streams, aggressively pursuing new growth opportunities, and capitalizing on the unique market dynamics of these complex and high-potential jurisdictions. This role demands a leader who can combine strategic oversight with direct, high-touch engagement, ensuring meticulous management of key client relationships and driving innovation to achieve substantial revenue upside. The successful candidate will act as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients, assisting them in capital raising, providing strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, and other complex financial transactions in close coordination with the Institutional Banking team, ultimately formulating impactful investment strategies and driving capital formation.

  • Aggressively cross-sell a broad range of banking products, including cash management, trade finance, trade services, structured trade products, foreign exchange, commodities, fixed income, loans (syndicated, bilateral), and capital market products
  • Drive critical new business acquisition and realize substantial cross-sell opportunities to mitigate risks of business loss and ensure sustained growth
  • Oversee all credit aspects of client relationships, including rigorous annual reviews, early problem recognition, and effective remedial management strategies
  • Appropriately assess and manage risk in all business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for Citi's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets
  • Drive uncompromising compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere strictly to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and proactively escalate, manage, and report control issues with full transparency

Requirements:
