Job Description:

A rapidly growing construction company is looking for a career minded head of finance to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee group-level adjustments and reconciliations
Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation and reporting processes
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
Professional certificate such as MIA/ACCA/ICAEW
Experience in financial reporting
Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
Experience in construction or property developer industry
