Job Description:

The Head of Finance will manage a team of 6-8, overseeing the full spectrum of finance and procurement operations, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement management, and process improvement. The role involves detailed financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate is passionate about giving back to society and has a keen interest in finance transformation projects.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a team of 6-8
Oversee full spectrum of finance and procurement operations
Budgeting and forecasting
Procurement management
Process improvement
Conduct detailed financial analysis
Prepare and distribute financial reports
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results
Communicate financial performance
Identify growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulations
Lead process improvements
Guide and support team to achieve financial objectives

Requirements:

Recognized accounting degree
CPA or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum of 10 years of accounting and FP&A relevant experience
