Job Responsibility:

  • Shape the company’s financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation
  • Provide timely, high-quality financial insight that informs critical business decisions at the board and executive level
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence across operations, reporting, and controls
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and key partners
  • Oversee capital management, cash flow optimisation, and risk mitigation to protect and grow organisational assets

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership
  • Able to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for executive teams and the board
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, optimise capital efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results
  • Skilled at mentoring and motivating finance professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity, high growth, and change while maintaining rigor and accountability
