Job Description:

Global environment with opportunities for international travel.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the Country Manager and directly influence the business
Lead a wide range of responsibilities from finance to strategy and people development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, including managerial experience with direct reports
Business level or higher English and Japanese proficiency (both verbal and written)
In-depth knowledge of finance, reporting, controlling, and taxation
Advanced skills in Excel (mandatory) and experience with SAP (is an asset)
Experience working in a multinational company
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make objective decisions
Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year

Nice to have:

CPA, CMA, or similar certifications are a plus
Experience with IFRS is a plus
