Job Description:

Lead the financial strategy of a dynamic tech company and build a high-performing finance team. You will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company, developing and implementing strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. You will lead a team, mentor junior staff, and work closely with executive management to shape the company's financial future. You'll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role offering significant responsibility and growth potential.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
Create accurate financial forecasts and budgets
Lead the financial planning and analysis process
Manage all aspects of accounting and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance
Assess and manage financial risks
Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions
Manage the purchasing process
Provide insightful management information to support decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role
Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and management
Expert knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Experience leading and mentoring finance teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting software
Strong understanding of business strategy and operations
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in Japanese and English
