This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to drive financial strategy and ensure robust financial management across our organisation. As the Head of Finance TEST360, you will lead the finance function, reporting directly to the executive board. Your expertise will help shape the financial direction of the organisation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic insight. You will be responsible for managing financial risks, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and supporting senior leadership with timely and relevant financial information.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
Prepare and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial policies
Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to support decision-making by senior management
Manage cash flow, investments, and working capital efficiently
Collaborate with auditors and external advisors to ensure robust internal controls
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
Support business development initiatives through financial modelling and risk assessment
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
Extensive experience within Banking & Financial Services or similar sectors
Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
Demonstrable ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
