Drive financial strategy and operational efficiency for a leading global food and beverage company in Japan.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead financial steering and strategy, including performance management and value creation through business cases
  • Provide crucial decision support by leading cross-functional forums and acting as the Finance Lead for manufacturing footprint projects
  • Drive operational excellence by focusing on cost controlling, KPI improvement, and strategic CAPEX decisions
  • Oversee all key Operations finance reporting in line with company planning
  • Enhance continuous improvement and governance through digitalization of reports and dashboards, and ensuring compliance with financial policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance
  • Excellent verbal skills in English and Japanese
  • Comfortable working with local and global stakeholders at all levels
  • Superior problem-solving skills, financial modeling, and the ability to manage large datasets without losing the 'big picture'
  • Operational Interest: A genuine interest in how production works and a willingness to spend time at the factory
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP
  • Data Visualization: Microsoft Power BI knowledge is preferred
