Job Description:

This is a standout opportunity to lead a growing team, manage your own private family law caseload, and shape the department’s future—with a clear path to Head of Department.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a broad range of private family law matters
Guide and mentor junior team members
Step in as Team Leader or move straight into Head of Department
Caseload includes: Divorce & civil partnership dissolution
Complex financial remedy cases
Prenuptial & postnuptial agreements
Cohabitation & separation disputes

Requirements:

4+ years PQE in private family law
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads
Confident advocate and excellent communicator
Leadership experience or ambition to step into a senior role
Organised, personable, and a team-focused mindset
Passionate about developing people and departments
