Job Responsibility:
Lead the daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and safe production

Requirements:
Proven experience as a plant manager or equivalent in a large-scale manufacturing environment
Extensive knowledge of food processing and manufacturing principles
Experience managing large teams and budgets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Deep understanding of quality control and safety regulations
Experience with process optimization and improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
Fluency in Japanese and English is essential
Experience in the aquaculture industry is highly preferred
