Job Description:

Our client is a reputable family office with international presences. They develop, own and operate a diversified commercial portfolios (office, retail) and residential development in the region. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader with sound track record of facilities management exposures to join their in-house Facility department. The role involves leading and strategizing facility management operations, overseeing an in-house team and external vendors.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic leadership to manage a large in-house team to ensure smooth facility operations, managing end-to-end facilities management, including hard services (planned maintenance work and special AA&I projects) as well as soft services (security, cleaning, event support services, landscapes) and energy saving, sustainability
Closely liaise with internal department and teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree holder in facility management/ engineering services or equivalent
Around 15 years’ relevant experience in facility operation & maintenance with sound track record as leadership position in a sizeable company
Excellent leadership skills with sound track record of leading a sizeable/diversified portfolios
Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
