We are working with a leading Facilities Management / Property company to appoint an Interim Head of Facilities Management for a high-profile London portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational management of a large portfolio of office buildings across London, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and oversee FM operations across a substantial multi-site office portfolio
Manage and motivate on-site and regional FM teams
Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Drive service performance across hard and soft FM services
Act as the senior point of contact for clients, landlords, and key stakeholders
Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier performance
Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head of FM / Senior FM / Regional FM
Strong background managing large office portfolios (commercial real estate)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of hard & soft FM services
IOSH / NEBOSH or similar qualifications preferred
Available immediately or at short notice
