Job Description:

We are working with a leading Facilities Management / Property company to appoint an Interim Head of Facilities Management for a high-profile London portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational management of a large portfolio of office buildings across London, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee FM operations across a substantial multi-site office portfolio
  • Manage and motivate on-site and regional FM teams
  • Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive service performance across hard and soft FM services
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, landlords, and key stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier performance
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of FM / Senior FM / Regional FM
  • Strong background managing large office portfolios (commercial real estate)
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of hard & soft FM services
  • IOSH / NEBOSH or similar qualifications preferred
  • Available immediately or at short notice
