Job Responsibility:
Lead the operational mobilisation and launch of a new civic / multi-use campus, ensuring full readiness for occupation
Oversee all FM functions including hard and soft services, compliance, health & safety, and building operations
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure statutory compliance across all facilities and operational services
Provide visible leadership on site during the transition to live operations
Report to senior leadership and provide assurance on readiness, risks, and performance
Requirements:
Proven experience leading the operational launch of a new civic, public-sector, or large multi-use campus
Demonstrable track record of mobilising complex buildings into full operational use
Senior-level FM leadership experience within local authority or public sector environments
